How do I place an order and what are the payment methods?

Is this hardware compatible with my PC?
Most of our hardware is compatible with PCs running Windows 10/11 and equipped with a modern graphics card (NVIDIA RTX 2060 / AMD RX 5700 or better recommended). Please check the individual product requirements for specific details. If you are unsure, provide your PC specifications in a contact message and our team will verify compatibility for you.
What is "room-scale" VR and what are the space requirements?
Room-scale VR allows you to physically walk around in the virtual environment. This requires external sensors (like the 360° Omni-Base). We recommend a minimum clear space of 2 meters by 2 meters (6.5 ft x 6.5 ft) for the best experience.
What if I experience motion sickness?
Motion sickness can affect some new VR users. We recommend starting with stationary or slow-moving games, taking frequent breaks, and ensuring your headset is properly calibrated for your IPD (interpupillary distance). We also recommend games with 'teleport' locomotion options. Most users adapt over a short period.
What is your return policy and warranty coverage?
